Claim Your Cashback
Before you start, please make sure that:
You've made a Samsung purchase
You have purchased a qualifying Samsung product from a participating retailer between 22 January 2024 - 11 March 2025.
You're submitting your claim between the claim period from your purchase date. The day shown on your proof of purchase counts as day 1.
Please Note: Some retailers will only be eligible to claim between 365 days, see our Can I Claim page for details on your specific claim period.
You have a qualifying document ready to upload that clearly shows the product model name, retailer and date of your purchase.

You have your Serial number
You'll need to provide an image of your product's Serial number. For more information on how to find this for your product, visit our Help & Support page.
Please note: Serial number images will only be accepted from the device itself, not from its packaging.
